A company is seeking a CNC Machine Field Service Technician based in Jet Park. The role involves installation, commissioning, and technical support of CNC laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, and other industrial automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission CNC laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, and other industrial automation equipment.
Perform machine alignment, calibration, and acceptance testing.
Configure machine parameters to meet manufacturer specifications.
Train customers on machine operation and preventative maintenance.
Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Respond rapidly to customer breakdowns.
Requirements
Experience with installation and commissioning of CNC cutting machines and automation equipment.
Knowledge of machine alignment, calibration, and parameter configuration.
Ability to provide customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
Capability to deliver prompt technical support both on-site and remotely.
